Why Isn't Your Diet Working - Finding answers to the weight-loss puzzle has never been more critical


After 25 years in the Nutritional Supplement Industry I have seen so many diets come and go. I don’t and never did believe that one size fits all.


Most of the participates in all my weight loss seminars/groups have always thought the reason everyone gains weight is because they eat more and exercise less, everyone believed that calories in vs calorie burned equation for weight loss made sense. But as time went on this did not hold true.


Most people have watched The Biggest Loser several years ago and witnessed some people lost 20 pounds in a week. This included tough motivating trainers, strict meals plans and killer work outs but overtime 13 of the 14 contestants gained on average 66% of the weight they’d lost and some became heavier than when they were on the show.


Finding answers to the weight-loss puzzle has never been more critical. The vast majority of North Americans are overweight with nearly 40% being clinically obese. We all know that excess body fat increases the risk of serious health problems, including Type 2 diabetes, heart disease, depression, major cancers and even fertility problems. A 2017 study found that obesity now drives more early preventable deaths in the U.S. than smoking. This has fueled the weight-loss industry worth $72 billion, selling everything from diet pills, meals and expensive gym memberships. Research is showing that the key to weight loss appears to be highly personalized rather than just jumping on a trendy diet. And although weight-loss will never be easy for anyone the evidence is mounting that it’s possible for anyone to reach a healthy weight. People just need to find their best way there.


Dieting has been a preoccupation for over a hundred years. It is my belief and has been for over 25 years in business that digesting your food and eliminating the toxins our body doesn’t use is an important combination to assist your body in losing weight naturally. If you don’t digest your meal and you are not able to break it down, then the body will store that meal. If you don’t eliminate properly everyday then the body will store those toxins as well.
